Praying the catechism (redux)

Following on from my post on morning prayer in the Small Catechism, I’ve updated my post from May last year setting out a simple form of “office” based on the Small Catechism.

It’s an expanded version of the order for morning and evening prayer from the Catechism, that brings in Luther’s exposition of the various parts of the Catechism as well as adding psalms and scripture readings. As I mention in that post, the tract edition of the Catechism is ideal for this purpose, as it can be slipped into the back of your Bible.
